I cannot connect to Interactive Brokers and am receiving the message “Couldn't connect to TWS. Confirm that "Enable ActiveX and Socket Clients" is enabled on the TWS "Configure->API" menu. (IB #502)”.
o Traders Workstation must be setup to accept communications from third party software such as Trader68. Simply follow the instructions on Enabling the TWS API to setup Traders Workstation accordingly.
Trader68 will not automatically reconnect to TraderWorkstation overnight.
o If your computer goes into screensaver mode that requires you to enter a password OR if your computer hibernates you will need to disable these settings as Trader68 requires access to the desktop to be able to log back into TraderWorkstation accordingly.
